RenIQ pricing is designed around how rental operations actually work. Owners only pay when the system creates value, and costs scale fairly with the size of the property portfolio.
There are no hidden fees, no minimum charges, and no unnecessary complexity.
Pay only for rented units
RenIQ uses a dynamic subscription model for property owners. Pricing is based on invoice generation, meaning charges apply only to units that are actually rented.
Each time RenIQ generates a monthly invoice for a rented unit, that unit is counted for billing. If a unit is vacant and no invoice is generated, there is no charge for that unit.
Tenants use RenIQ at no cost. Billing is monthly, predictable, and directly tied to real rental activity.
Simple pricing based on property size
RenIQ uses tiered pricing based on the number of registered rental units in a property. The tier is determined during setup and reflects the size of the property portfolio.
Within each tier, monthly charges apply only to units that generate an invoice. Vacant units are not billed.

1–10 registered units
70 THB per unit / month
Medium Portfolio
11–50 registered units
60 THB per unit / month
Large Portfolio
51+ registered units
50 THB per unit / month
All tiers include the full RenIQ system. Pricing differs only by property size, not by feature access.

RenIQ offers a trial for the first billing period. This allows owners to set up their properties, onboard tenants, and run the system in real operation before any charges apply.
The first invoice period is not billed. From the following period onward, charges apply only to units that generate an invoice.
